01 Consultation Parameters
Online Dietetika provides nutritional information and dietary lifestyle coaching. By booking a session, you acknowledge that our specialists provide guidance based on the data you provide. It remains your responsibility to provide accurate health history, including allergies, chronic conditions, and current medications.
Our services are conducted via secure digital platforms. A stable internet connection is required for the full duration of your appointment. If a technical failure occurs on our end, the session will be rescheduled at no additional cost.
02 Proprietary Material
All menu plans, educational PDFs, and nutritional protocols delivered during your consultation are for your personal use only. Distribution, reproduction, or commercial resale of Online Dietetika materials without written consent is strictly prohibited.
Medical Disclaimer
Online Dietetika does not provide emergency medical services or acute clinical interventions. Our advice is intended to optimize health through nutrition but does not replace the diagnosis or treatment offered by a licensed medical doctor or specialized clinical facility.
Consult with your primary physician before starting any significant new dietary regime, especially if you have pre-existing metabolic or digestive conditions.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled time qualify for a full refund or free rescheduling. Late cancellations (under 24 hours) may incur a 50% service fee to cover the specialist's allocated time. No-shows are non-refundable.
User Conduct
We maintain a professional environment of mutual respect. Harassment or inappropriate behavior during consultations will result in immediate termination of the session without a refund and a permanent ban from Online Dietetika services.
